The service
Kada Collect helps merchants schedule and trigger MTN MoMo request-to-pay collections with explicit payer approval (PIN on handset). By using the product you agree to these terms.
Not a PSP
HostSpaceCloud Solutions / Kada does not hold, custody, or settle customer funds. Payment rails are provided by MTN MoMo (and any other operators we integrate). Availability of MoMo is subject to MTN's terms and network status.
Accounts
You must provide accurate merchant information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful collections with valid customer consent. You are responsible for your staff access and for communications you send through Kada.
Fees
Product fees are as agreed in your order / invoice (setup, subscription, or usage). Operator MoMo fees may apply separately under MTN's pricing.
Acceptable use
No fraud, spam, unauthorized debit claims, or processing of prohibited content. We may suspend accounts that create compliance or security risk.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by Rwandan law, HostSpaceCloud is not liable for MoMo outages, payer non-approval, or merchant configuration errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
